The Costume Castle

 

The Costume Castle owner Dave Huffman and his associates often joked about the “Costume Castle technical curse” before partnering with On-Site Technical Solutions as their outsourced IT Department. Because Halloween is such a significant part of the annual sales for The Costume Castle, the store cannot have ANY down time in October.

On-Site Technical Solutions replaced their aging server with Windows SBS Server, moved it to a new, cooler server room and rewired their data and voice network to terminate in the new server room. Backup and redundant systems are in place, including backup credit card terminals at each POS station, to keep the store humming through the critical Halloween season, and The Costume Castle is no longer a technical haunted house!
